Ladies Head Coach

BromBecks HC are looking to recruit an experienced individual to be our new Ladies HeadCoach. The Ladies 1 st team are currently in a growth phase and aim to make a quick return back into National League, after a solid season in South East Premier League. You will help progress the development of the squad and propel our Ladies back into the National
League, supported by a wider club development strategy.

The Ladies Head Coach will be responsible for ensuring the high performance of our Ladies 1st XI, whilst also supporting the Ladies 2 nd team squad and working closely on the development of our high-performance juniors, of which we have many. The individual will be expected to deliver engaging and midweek training sessions for both
Ladies 1 st and 2 nd team squads. You are encouraged to bring fresh ideas to sessions and develop areas required to improve performance based on weekend analysis. You will be expected to all home games and travel with the team to away games. You will also be expected to support our mid-week Junior Performance Academy sessions and will also be expected to help drive recruitment from the outset

Qualifications
Required: England Hockey Coach Qualification (or Level 2 equivalent). DBS checks, first aid training and child protection training will need to be undertaken.

Desired: England Hockey Advanced Coach Programme (or Level 3 equivalent), other relevant qualifications.

Reporting to: Director of Hockey Closing date: 21st October 2024

Remuneration: Competitive (based on experience) plus performance bonus & expenses.
