Ladies GK Player Coach

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Goal Keeper Player-Coach to join our Ladies 1XI team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to inspire and develop our junior goalkeepers while also playing alongside our Ladies 1XI on match days. The position offers the flexibility to tailor coaching sessions according to your style and provides a unique opportunity to shape the role.

Coaching:

• Lead goalkeeping training sessions for junior players every Wednesday from 8-10 pm, with potential additional sessions as required.
• Development: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior goalkeepers, helping them improve their skills and understanding of the game.
• Flexibility: Tailor the coaching sessions to fit your coaching philosophy and style, with full autonomy over the training curriculum.
• Community Engagement: Be an active member of the club, fostering a supportive and positive environment.

Qualifications:

• Passion for hockey and goalkeeping.
• Interest in coaching and developing young talent.
• No previous coaching experience necessary; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn and grow.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
